Three details that let us quote accurately
The fastest way to get a usable quotation is to include three things in your first email: the product type, the grit or grade you need, and the dimensions in millimetres.
If you have a drawing, a photograph of the stone you are currently using, or the brand and model you are buying today, include that as well — matching an existing product is usually quicker than building a specification from scratch. Approximate figures are fine to start with; we will confirm the details before production.
If the order is for export, it also helps to know the quantity and the destination port, so the quotation can reflect the actual shipping arrangement.
