Each batch is tested for grit composition and grinding performance before it moves on.

Grit composition consistency, dimensional tolerance (±0.5 mm) and moisture-proof packing are the three criteria we check on every batch. Third-party inspection is welcome.
QUALITY CONTROL
What we check, and why those three things
Three measurements decide whether a batch of stones is fit to ship: how evenly the grit is distributed through the body, whether the finished dimensions match the drawing, and whether the packing will survive the journey to the customer.
Grit composition is checked batch by batch, not by spot sampling, because an inconsistency in the abrasive is impossible for a customer to correct downstream. Dimensional control is normally held to ±0.5 mm. Packing is specified for sea and air freight, with moisture protection for the stone itself.
Where a customer wants independent verification, we welcome third-party inspection before shipment.
WORKING WITH US
How an order usually runs
It starts with a specification — a drawing, a sample, or simply a set of figures for type, grit and dimensions. We come back with a quotation covering specifications and lead time.
Once the details are fixed, production is scheduled and the batch goes through the same sequence every time: material inspection, forming, sintering, machining, grit testing, packing. Because the sequence does not change, a repeat order a year later behaves like the first one.
